The 'Extreme Fighting No Holes Barred' boxing re-match was held Friday night at The Beachclub and was a sell-out! More than 300 people routed for local champion Thai Tamarindo, who won his fight in the second round! Costa Rica's female world champion Hanna Gabriel and light-heavyweight champion boxing legend Donny LaLonde were both seated ringside to cheer the contestants on. And none other than The Breeze housed the visiting fighters and sposored the all-out fighting event!!!

Hope you dropped by, or as we say at The Breeze, 'breezed in' for a great Sunday in Tamarindo at the Skate Park! Heats were held for 4 boys age groups and one for girls, and we all had a blast as the 'coolest dudes in town' rode the bowl hard all day!!!
...AND SO DOES THE BREEZE!!! We held a fundraiser Saturday evening for Haiti at Pasatiempo - and enjoyed the fabulous Brazilian sounds of Avelino and his band! So far our fundraising efforts allowed us to send $514 and 150,670 in colones to Haiti through the Red Cross, and more cash is still expected to come in for a second donation.
