Costa Rica is truly a miracle country as the country came out pretty unscathed from the long dreaded, impending earthquakthat e finally hit the Guanacaste region on September 5, 2012 at a magnitude of 7.6. There was relatively little damage considering the magnitude of the quake. Three people did die and our heartfelt condolences go out to their families. We truly hope this is the end of any earth activity in the region for a long time to come.
